I have been looking for organic dog biscuits that are formulated with ingredients that do not affect the dog’s digestive system.
One of the main culprits of food allergies in dogs is wheat or the gluten in wheat. When dogs develop an allergy to gluten they often get gas, diarrhea and an irritated rear end. They often will lick themselves and drag their rear ends on the floor.

What is buckwheat?
Despite the common name and the grain-like use of the crop, buckwheat is not a cereal or grass. Instead it is a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel, and although it is starchy in its consitency, it contains no gluten.
